Leanne joined the team as a HR Advisor in 2026. Originally from the local area, Leanne moved away to study, gaining her business degree and later achieving her Level 7 CIPD Qualification.

After being away from Moray for 16 years, she and her husband returned to the area and enjoyed everything it has to offer.

Outside of work, Leanne keeps busy with her three beagles, who bring plenty of fun and chaos. You’ll also find her running, reading a book or out on a walk where there is a cafe with coffee and cake available.
