Mark joined the practice along with his wife Claire in November 2008. After graduating from the Royal Veterinary College in 1999 he worked in mixed practice in South West Wales for 2 years. This helped him confirm that his future lay in Farm Practice. After working for a year in New Zealand and several years in Cheshire, Mark moved to Moray. He became a director of MCVG in 2016.
Mark works exclusively as a large animal vet and enjoys all aspects of working with cattle and sheep. Of particular interest to him is Flock and Herd health planning which provides the challenge and satisfaction of working with clients to reduce disease and increase productivity.
When he’s not at work he likes to go up and down hills, on foot, bike and skis.
