Julie qualified in 1995 from the Royal ‘Dick’ School of Veterinary Studies in Edinburgh and worked in both mixed and small animal practices in various locations throughout the UK and Australia before joining Moray Coast Vet Group in 2009.Julie is primarily based at the Forres branch.These days she considers herself to be a GP small animal vet, and is interested in all aspects of first opinion practice.Her continuing education over the years has been broad based, and she tries to keep up to date with developments in all fields, striving to deliver, with the help of the rest of the team at Moray Coast Vets, a high standard of veterinary care for your pets.

Julie owns a Labrador (Monty) and a cat (Motsi).

Outside of work she enjoys curling, skiing, mountain biking, kayaking and walking her dog – and is kept busy by her two children and all their activities.
